26 weeks/6 months

Happy half birthday, little Lea! I can't believe it has already been six months. She just had her doctor's appointment and did great with this round of shots. She did get a little fever which made her cranky, but otherwise she was great. We got the thumbs up to start solids, so I'm going to do another post about that - let's just say, it was one of the funniest things ever.

Here's the latest:

• she's figured out the army crawl
• she loves the cat and dog
• she is mostly sleeping from 8-5:30, and usually wakes up once around 3 (sometimes she has to eat, but sometimes Kyle can get her back to sleep
• she has 2 teeth
• she can get her legs underneath her and kind of push up into a crawling position, but not really yet
• her favorite toy is a stuffed pink bunny - she thinks it's hilarious and laughs whenever she sees it.
• as her teachers said, she is "highly motivated by food" - I think she figured out how to army crawl because she saw another kid's bottle across the room, and was trying to get to it! Her teacher said she got about halfway there, and then just put her head down and started crying because it was just so far away. Dramababy.
